Lucania 2021: High Winds Low Visibility

Day 16


Racing against the clouds the team took a different route down across the Steele traverse which they ended up having to navigate in near whiteout conditions.


Pascale is still struggling with nausea, but is in high spirits as the team makes plans for the technical triangle part of the route descent today. Their goal is to arrive to advanced basecamp in 3 days, before the weather further deteriorates.
